In 2018, Ariel decided to become a licensed massage therapist to improve her health and the lives of others. Shortly after graduation she worked to become certified in both Washington and Idaho. She has experience in several different bodywork techniques including structural integration, cupping, aquatic integration, hot stone, Swedish, prenatal, and clinical massage work.

Hope attended the Moscow School of Massage and has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2006. She incorporates a variety of modalities such as cupping, hot stone, pin and stretch, myofascial release technique, reflexology, and migraine therapy to meet client's specific needs. She comes to Roots with 12 years spa experience and 6 years in private practice.
