  • How did you discover massage therapy and what attracted you to it?

I was drawn to therapeutic massage through a deep respect for its practitioners as well as a desire to pursue a career that had a positive impact on people.  I have struggled with pain, stress and anxiety for years.  Relieving others of these conditions is very rewarding.

  • What do you want people to know about their bodies and self-care?

Your mental health has a direct impact on your physical health.  Addressing stress and anxiety is a key factor in improving your well-being.  Massage therapy is an effective way to reduce these conditions.

  • What is your favorite part of the body to work on?

Years of manual labor have led to chronic pain in my shoulders, lower back, legs, and feet, giving me a deep understanding of these challenges. It’s incredibly rewarding to focus my bodywork on these areas and witness the positive impact it has on my clients.

  • Favorite thing to do outside of bodywork?

Spending time with my son.  Nerding out over Sci-Fi and Fantasy, particularly Star Trek, Harry Potter and Anime.
